Room was clean, comfortable and large, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to centre of town
We enjoyed hearty breakfasts!
It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Venue's reception was lovely. The bed is comfy, slept really good
Convenient location, close to the Goblins, and cheap 24hr fuel opposite the hotel exit
It's in very good position along the coast and just 20 mins from Belfast..
The area around the hotel is not very scenic, especially the building site. Also I asked for a twin room and got a double room instead. Probably this could be sorted out but I was too tired after the trip to go back to the reception..Just a pity they don't read comments in the request..
Very comfortable and staff friendly. Good food. Good for business trip with all amenities closeby. Able to take nice stroll in the evenings. Good to see you have RTE channels unlike some well know east Belfast hotels.
Had to ring for breakfast when it hadn't arrived. Time is limited in the morning.
friendly staff, good location, rooms were very comfortable & spacious, foyer & bar area was also comfortable & welcoming
breakfast could have been better/tastier, bar prices at wedding reception a bit steep,
Clean and tidy large room with friendly helpful staff. Excellent steak dinner in modern surroundings on the outskirts of town but easily accessible.
my husband left his phone in our room and the staff were helpful when i phoned to check if it had been handed in
our room was located beside the lifts and we found it very difficult to sleep
the staff were good hotel good all in all good stay oh food best i've had in a hotel.
The Bed - you just can't beat a King Kong mattress on a huge bed - just soooo relaxing!
Nothing I didn't like - everything was just fine. Great location, staff and amenities.
the staff wre friendly and accommadating during our stay
late check in at 15.00 when wedding being attended started at 14.30!
Good quality hotel at an excellent price, ideal location for the business trip I was on
only minor gripe was the buffett breakfast was not over hot
Comfort in rooms and the size very good
We ordered breakfast till our room and put the sign on the door at 8pm the previous nite and didnt recieve breakfast till our room we phoned reception and kept getting put on hold several times by kitchen staff when we complained we we're told that we never put the sign on the door as all cards are collected at 4.30am our sign was still on the door from the previous nite we adventually got our breakfast cold and hard as a rock :-(
The food was good and staff pleasant the upgraded room was excellent. Hotel is close to Carrickfergus for wandering about on an evening.
The view from our first room was a demolition and building site which together with constant HGV's passing directly at the side. Charlene was great about relocating us.The car park was restricted for no kno.wn reason
The room was nice and the desk staff was responsive to several requests we made.
The front desk receptionist did not remember to record our request for a wake-up call or newspaper, thus we were late taking off for our next destination.
