The hotel is in a magnificent and absolutely perfect position and the airport is 20 km away. Reasonably good staff here in all areas.

The location was great and unbeatable, near the “ shore ” of the “ Lough ” and relax, in a fairly nice area. The units were airy and the staff were incredibly nice people in all areas.

I liked the bar.

I appreciated the breakfast food available in the restaurant. The location was great - really close to the Cinema as well as the “ shore ”. The staff was polite and courteous, the room was bright.  

It was very lovely stay, I really enjoyed good food.

The place was exceptionally clean and staff was excellent! I had huge, a decent size room with great views and air conditioning. The location was excellent, short walk to the restaurant, Northern Ireland and ferry

The location was great and absolutely perfect for me, in a good location with wonder world nearby as well as the castle. Moreover, it was close enough to Carrickfergus and nearby Belfast.

High quality hotel, had very lovely stay.

Had a huge and beautifully decorated room with great views, large bed, for instance, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was excellent, short walk to Jospers restaurant, the “ shore ”, and shops.
